First of all, a few weeks ago Kiley and I began sponsoring a child (or as Kiley hastily exclaimed in church the following Sunday: "We bought a kid!"). We're really excited about it (Kiley's really, really excited about it), and it's nice to know we're having a positive impact on someone else's life. His birthday was yesterday, so wish him a happy 3rd birthday!
As far as wedding news goes, we're already knee-deep in planning. We'll be gettin' hitched in Forest Park on Labor Day weekend of next year, which just happens to be right before my birthday so I can never forget our anniversary! Or can I?
We've got the colors picked out, we've got the flowers picked out, decorations are all but purchased, Kiley bought her dress (purportedly "the prettiest dress ever"), picked out the bridesmaid dresses, and I have the tuxes picked out for the guys. What else is there to do, right? Oh...
I'm being told there's more to do.
But don't worry about us taking this all too seriously and getting stressed out - we still know how to have some fun:
